On Tuesday, March 21, 2017, the RWHS Speech Team traveled to Rochester Mayo High School to compete in the Big 9 Conference Speech Tournament. Senior and team captain Ashleigh Overlander continued her competitive success by earning the title of Big 9 Storytelling Champion. The RWHS Speech Team finished the tournament as the 5th Place team in team sweepstakes standings, with six competitors receiving individual awards.

Starting January 13, 2016 the Red Wing High School weightroom will be open on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 2:45pm to 4:00pm. Mr. Jones will be in the weightroom to assist with any program development or technique work that athletes may require.
The weightroom is available for use on other days/times, however, athletes must have a coach/school personnel available for supervision.

Annual passes are available for regular season contests!

Red Wing High School is partnering with the Positive Coaching Alliance for the 2015-2016 school year. In cooperation with the PCA we are offering three training/information sessions on how to make sports a positive part of our students' lives. During the year this year we will be having a half-day session with coaches, athletes, and trainers from the PCA on creating triple-impact competitors.
